A Process Built Around Your Project
Every great project starts with trust. That’s why our process is built around listening first, planning carefully, and delivering with precision. Whether your project is large or small, our step‑by‑step approach ensures thoughtful design, seamless execution, and long‑term support, with clear communication at every stage.
Step 1 — Consult an Expert
Every project starts with a real conversation. Tell us about your space, your residents, your timeline, and your constraints. Our team listens first, asks the right questions, and gives you honest answers with the sole goal of accompanying you in your furnishing project.
Step 2 — Design Your Solution
With your specifications in hand, our in-house design team gets to work. Using sophisticated CAD software, we develop 3D layouts and detailed product recommendations tailored to your space so you can see exactly what you're getting before anything goes into production.
We balance function, aesthetics, and budget to find the right fit. If something doesn't work for your timeline or budget, we'll tell you, and we'll find a better option.
Step 3 — Place Your Order
Once your design is approved, ordering is straightforward. We confirm every detail in writing: products, finishes, configurations, production timelines, and delivery options, so nothing is left to interpretation and nothing falls through the cracks.
Step 4 — Precision Manufacturing
Your order enters production at one of our two North American facilities: Saint-Jérôme, Québec or Las Vegas, Nevada. CNC-controlled production lines ensure every piece is manufactured to precise tolerances, consistently and at scale.
Every item is individually barcoded and inspected before it leaves our floor. Construction details are kept on file permanently, so if a part ever needs replacing, we can match it exactly, years later.
Step 5 — On-Time Delivery
We're experienced with tight windows, phased timelines, and summer turnarounds. Your Account Manager stays in close contact throughout, so you always know where your order stands.
Step 6 — Ongoing Support
Our job doesn't end at delivery. Our after-sales team is available for questions, part replacements, and future projects for the life of your furniture.
Replacement parts are documented, matched exactly, and typically shipped within 10 business days. Annual inspections are available.
